Story at the heart.
I have always loved storytelling. In my own life, stories have helped shape my imagination. They have acted as beacons of light in the moments of darkness. At times they have been navigational tools in finding my way through pain and encountering beauty. The truth found inside them has empowered me to find meaning amidst circumstances of confusion. But, most importantly, they've provided me a way to share with others the good work being done throughout the earth.
Storytelling helps us all share in something deeply restorative and instructive to our humanity.
After living in the foothills of South Carolina for the last seventeen years, becoming a husband and father, I have come to see how storytelling is also foundational to our family. It has become an imaginative way for me to share with our kids the story of our family, our faith, and our dreams for the days to come.
I’m on a mission to fill the earth with stories that reveal in our midst the goodness, beauty, and truth that exists. Sharing the story of God’s glory and helping others find their own place within his grand and wonderful narrative is the great joy of my life.
